Join the Cast and Crew!
MB&D is recruiting positive minded artists, performers and optimistic creative sorts. All ages 10-100. Sometimes paid but sometimes not, depending on the project or event. Performance requires a fun loving attitude and general fitness; no experience necessary. Training included. We’re seeking:
- dancers, puppeteers and actors on stilts and/or on the ground.
- sherpas to assist as ground crew at events.
Create Behind the Scenes!
Geppetto creates all the puppets, but MB&D often needs help behind the scenes. MB&D is often seeking helpers to sew costumes, build stilts and create props. What are your skill sets?

Shenanigan Documentarians!
Quality images are useful as mementos but also for the websites and use in marketing the troupe. Geppetto and many friends and strangers take lots of pictures and video of our shows. Work in the studio and behind the scenes is documented too. MB&D has a huge collection of images of virtually every appearance and every puppet being made since 1995. We are seeking:
- photographers
- videographers
- video editors
- documentary artists
- copies of existing imagery you already have
